Hi Stefan, I am using trac 0.10.4 and the post-commit-hook is working pretty well for me. The only thing I needed to do is to copy the file from the trac/contrib folder somewhere where it could be executed by the (subversion-)apache user. It helped me to log in as the (subverison-)apache user and to try to execute the post-commit script. Then I could see the error message. Now everything works pretty fine here.
