Hi!
I have Trac 0.11dev-r5892 on Apache/2.2.4 (Win32) mod_python/3.3.1
Python/2.5.1 PHP/5.2.3 SVN/1.4.4 DAV/2.
I logged in as admin. And when I change "Basic Settings" ("URL", for
example) "Apply changes" makes nothing. While I`m in admin section
"URL" remains prefilled with address I need, but after going to "Wiki"
and then again to "Admin" there is nothing in "URL" field.
What it can be? What to look for?
