There isn't an add/remove button.  WikiNotification adds a "Watch
Page" link in the navigation near Index by Date and Last Change on
wiki pages.  Also, ctxtnavadd requires Javascript to add to add the
menu item.  You should be able to see that at 
http://wikinotification.ufsoft.org/
