thank you for the reply, Yep i did try that as well but no luck....i
will tell you what i have been doing

cd /apps/trac/share/trac/plugins/
svn co http://svn.edgewall.com/repos/trac/sandbox/webadmin
cd webadmin
python setup.py bdist_egg
cd dist
easy_install -- always-unzip TracWebAdmin-0.1.2dev-r5753-py2.3.egg

Restarted Apache Server

Checked if the following is present in trac.ini file.
[components]
webadmin.* = enabled

after all this still no use, any other suggestions.
