My software team is looking for a good open source bugtracking system. We are doing comparisons. It looks like the latest version of Mantis supports hierarchies of bug reports. With Trac, I'd like to know if it's possible to create ticket hierarchies. It's not exactly cloning ...but I'd like to be able to create a ticket and then create children of that ticket ...like a tree structure. Can you do that with Trac ? Using the Trac demo I wasn't able to create a ticket and then create a child of that ticket.
