Hi, Is it possible to submit tickets to Trac via email? (i.e. the 'subject' becomes the Short Summary, and the 'text' of the email becomes the 'Full Description')
We currently have this feature in our present issue tracking software and need a similar feature if we are to migrate to Trac. Can anyone suggest a means of doing this?
