It wasn't set, but now it is (/srv/test/project/conf/trac.ini, section
[trac]):
  base_url = http://myserver.net/trac

I tried different values for this and other parameters and Apache
settings before. None helped. The trac.log (DEBUG) is empty. Only
"solution" is, to set the location from which trac is served to root
("/"), but this isn't really a solution.
