Could someone point us in the right direction? We're getting recurring
Internal Server errors from one of our wikis. The message in trac.log
is:

2007-09-19 16:20:15,629 Trac[env] WARNING: Component
<tractags.TracTags.SetupTags object at 0x3a9d6f0> requires environment
upgrade

When I run trac-admin upgrade, it says "Database is up to date, no
upgrade necessary." The errors are intermittent (I can reload the same
page several times and sometimes it loads fine). We restarted apache and
the errors went away, but that could be coincidental.

There is a VERSION file in the directory which says "Trac Environment
Version 1". Trac itself is v10.3 and was installed through Macports.

Thanks!
