I am get the error from the Management page. I upgraded the local sqlite3 to 3.4.2, with no effect.
I notice the trac-hacks page says that when the database upgrades, it should create a bill_date and report_version table, but my db after upgrading does not have a report_version table. Is that an indication that the database did not upgrade correctly? Can I cause it to do the database upgrade again?
