Hi Andy Yes the database should have those two tables, and four custom fields should have been added to tickets. These should have been added to the [ticket-custom] section of the trac.ini file by the plugin (or the database upgrade? I am not sure). Once tickets have used them, rows with these fields will appear in the ticket_custom table.
