As discussed earlier, I installed the TimingAndEstimationPlugin and I believe the database modifications failed to complete correctly. Now when I run trac-admin upgrade, it says that the database is up to date. How can I trigger the plugin to try again to upgrade? Is there a way that I can revert the previous upgrade?
