Ahh well. 10.4 and I'm the admin. I'm also the primary reporter so it 
could be that I am seeing these when others aren't.

What I was looking for is not to have to see a giant list in the drop 
down reporting but still being able to see milestones that have been 
closed when I do a query of closed and sort by milestone. Perhaps I 
should be looking for a "show closed milestones in drop down lists" option.

Looks more and more like .11 has a lot of things I need.
