You should be able to modify any link on the mirror that points to
trac-hacks to point to the mirror instead. In other words, if a link on
the mirror starts with "http://trac-hacks.org";, replace that with
"https://trachacks.coderanger.net";. For example, on the page,
https://trachacks.coderanger.net/wiki/GraphvizPlugin, simply modify this
link,
http://trac-hacks.org/changeset/latest/graphvizplugin?old_path=/&filename=graphvizplugin&format=zip
to this link,
https://trachacks.coderanger.net/changeset/latest/graphvizplugin?old_path=/&filename=graphvizplugin&format=zip
to download the zipped source.
