I'm confused: are you using Apache or tracd ? tracd on 8094, Apache on 80, Basic, Digest ... ?
You need to stick with ONE setup, or it will be really difficult to provide some help. For tracd, I don't think the first parameter of the --auth option switch is valid: it is supposed to be the name of your Trac project.
