i just realized that there is a subclipse integration for mylyn so there is no priority to setup python-svn immediately for we are working closely with eclipse IDE.
but anyways many thanks, i am sure i will integrate the python-svn some weeks later to be independent from eclipse (sometimes tasks are be done outside eclipse).
