Hi Erik and thanks for the reply. I'm running Trac 0.10.4. I read the URL you leave me but somethings are not clear for me. For example for Plugin WebAdmin I read this[1]. I have Setuptools installed. I downloaded the ZIP file but inside I can see two folders:
