yes AccountManagerPlugin is installed and AccoutnModule enabled: [components] ... acct_mgr.web_ui.accountmodule = enabled
there is the possibility to change passwords for user so plugin seems to work. maybe 'Reset password' is not visible for smtp is not yet configured...
