Well it's a mystery to me then, because I am not using anything from
trac .10, and in fact did a full `apt-get remove --purge trac; rm -rf
/usr/share/trac` before installing this development snapshot.

I don't know how I could have uninstalled it any better, but that just
shows my naiveté regarding all things trac...
