The original Db is fomated in ISO-8859-1 and the accents are showed in the
ticket's text for example. But when i put the same data in another server,
with a DB also in ISO-8859-1 enconding, the accents aren't showed in
ticket's texts. When i compare DBs they look the same. This is the matter.
