I have the same problem. I did follow your instructions and got a
Genshi-0.5dev-py2.5-win32.egg.
It's installed in my site-packages but now I got the message from
browser "This site can't be displayed". I did using the logging tool
but there no entries in it.

Do you have any suggestions?
