Hello everyone, I'm trying to upgrade 0.9.5 to 0.10.4, the new version is said to have "several enhancements" in the version control subsystem (most notably, improved scoped repositories support), and it's worth running trac- admin resync to get them.
However due to #6588 I find it is going to be very difficult for me, if not impossible so I'm wondering if someone could explain what exactly we would be losing if I skip this bit of the upgrade procedure?
