I've tagged 0.6 for release. This is a complete rewrite and includes support for 0.11 fine-grained permissions and Trac resources.
Some features are missing, such as page titles being shown in tag lists. This is primarily because Tags is now using Trac's resource system to render links, and the title is not included. These likely will not be re-added.
