I remember a previous thread with RedHat/Fedora: they manage to bundle
Sqlite 3 with Pysqlite 1.1,
and byt that time no upgrade was available.
This means that some RedHat systems won't be able to run Trac 0.11 w/ SQLite
until RedHat decides to update their distrib. This might requires
another entry in the documentation/faq...
