1) can i create specific mandatory field in ticket according the ticket stage ? 2) can i create ticket fiedls according one ticket field selection value ( depend between fileds in the same ticket)
3) can i create diffrent tickets - one ticket for specific group like - verification group have one ticket format in other group design have diffrent ticket field ?
