Improve Custom query functionality by adding feature "By Date Range"
to ADD FILTER drop-down.

When added this filter property should contain the following fields:
drop-down that allow user to select between
"Created"/"Changed"/"Closed" fields that allow user to select a Date
Range (needs to be decided what is the best solution to implement it
in TRAC... Ideally 2 drop-down Calendars - one from FROM date and one
for UNTILL would be the best solution)

So, as an example:

   1. user selects Custom Query, selects "By Date Range" from the "Add
filter" drop-down.
   2. New search filter "By date range" appears on the page
   3. User selects "Changed"
   4. User selects Date range (dates are for example from 1Jan08 till
15Jan08) and Clicks Update button.

As a result user gets all the tickets that were changed between the
1st and the 15th of Jan.
