Glenn,
Did you resync after changing the .ini file?  If not, try running the
trac-admin <project> resync command again.

I renamed the old repository and created a new one with the old name
so the repository_dir value is the same.  Now I get

Oops...
Trac detected an internal error:
('No such revision 777', 160006)

So somehow Trac is hanging onto old revision numbers.  Any ideas?
