Hi I am a new user in an org that no longer has an experienced trac administrator and I'm trying to create a new ticket. On my machine (XP) using either firefox or explorer the "new ticket" button doesn't appear. It is simply missing. If I go to the trac website http://trac.edgewall.org/ I see the new ticket window there but not on the internal trac webpage. It seems to work fine from at least one other XP machine but I'd like it to work on my desktop.
