It's ok for now. firstly, l've installed debian package. for unknown reasons, it doesn't work. so I've done a
apt-get remove trac which didn't remove all files and libs. So that the new version of trac got confusion of lib's path. after a little find / -type d -name "trac" I did find some trac's cadavers. so, apt-get install trac && apt-get remove --purge trac, without forgetting remove some reps. I put in place the last stable release, and everything seems ok.
