Hi, The TracOnDebian wiki page contains the following patch which would fix tickets when using postgresql 8.3= http://trac.edgewall.org/attachment/wiki/TracOnDebian/trac_model.patch
However, I did not find any reference to this problem or this patch in either the svn repository or the ticket system.
