Thanks, i'm aware that tickets and reports are quite different things; sorry for being imprecise. Just wanted to point out that i tried different approaches ... Would it be possible to send me the macro that You developed (or at least a skeleton) - although i've done some programming with Python i'm not at all familiar with the APIs of Trac?!
