Hi, New to Trac administration- inherited someone else's installation, in fact.
Here's the problem: we have an Apache server on our intranet with Trac installed for bug reports and feature tracking. What we want to do now is have customers post these same tickets from our Web site, which is PHP with a MySQL backend and and on another Apache webserver, and not only record them in the MySQL DB but also have them post into Trac. Is this possible? Where in the documentation do I go in order to read up on this? I ask because it's not very clear if this is possible.
