Hello everyone, We're trying to deploy trac in our organisation to track requests for various services (each request would be a ticket which would have an audit trail till it's closed by the appropriate person).
I need to change the new ticket template to transclude a page from the trac wiki which contains news that the person adding the ticket might be interested in. The news page is a page on the wiki which will be maintained by a separate person. I don't want to hardcode this into the template since it's too rigid. Is there any simple way to do this? I'm not exactly sure how to google for this and eyeballing the trac documentation and the trac-hacks site didn't do me much good. Thanks in advance for any pointers.
