So maybe you need to verify the connection to the LDAP directory What happens if you use the following command: ldapsearch -h pedralbes.ubilibet.com -x -W -b "dc=ubilibet,dc=org" uid=login where "login" is a valid login in your LDAP directory when prompted for a password, you should it "return", i.e. an empty password. Does this command work ? There is otherway to have a user policy. Even if it has to be different from my ldap directory, I would like to have a list with the users availables when a tickect has to be asigned and so... Look at the ticket documentation, there is an option to get a drop-down list for the assignees rather than a free text field.
