Hi, Is there anybody who is successfully using the email2trac script with a Trac project that also makes use of the FakeUsername plugin?
I'm using Trac 0.10.4 and email2trac 0.13 and python2.5 email2trac works ok for Trac projects that aren't using the fakeusername plugin. The error I get is: $ ./bin/email2trac --project=helpdesk < test_msg.txt Traceback (most recent call last): File "./bin/email2trac", line 1137, in <module> tktparser.parse(sys.stdin) File "./bin/email2trac", line 726, in parse self.new_ticket(m, component) File "./bin/email2trac", line 652, in new_ticket ticket_id = tkt.insert() File "/usr/local/lib/python2.5/site-packages/trac/ticket/model.py", line 180, in insert listener.ticket_created(self) File "build/bdist.linux-i686/egg/fakeusername/filter.py", line 51, in ticket_created raise TracError('Penguins on fire: Unable to extract req') TracError: Penguins on fire: Unable to extract req TD: saving email to /tmp/tmp89Jrsc.email2trac Any help gratefully received.
