Since launch of Trac in our corporate there has been need to create projects with "single click" just providing few details like project name. Then it should happen that user information automatically gets populated (e-mails), create proper diretories (trac/svn) and such and of course, register creator as admin and restart Apache.
Another thing is wiki templating. I was trying to search plugin that could use some page with special markup as a template to create new pages. (I think trac-hacks uses pretty much like this to register new projects). And finally there has been some needs to multiple ticket modifications like assing to, comment and change milestone and easy way to put team to listen ticket changes.
