I made some changes to our virtual host setup yesterday, and while
Trac has continued to work fine in most parts, file uploads are being
problematic now.

Sometimes when I upload a graphic, I get the error below (but
sometimes uploading the file works fine - I can upload the same file
again and have it succeed or fail).

Can anyone point me in the right direction to fix / debug it? Trac is
0.10.3 from Debian (0.10.3-1etch2). HierWiki (mentioned because it
appears in this debug) is 1.0, but the attachment below is being added
to a ticket.

I'm not intimately familiar with Python - we've mostly only met at
parties. But I wouldn't mind taking it further.
