This is very annoying problem with Trac, specially because Trac relies quite lot of external plugins. While installing plugin you don't get any "not compatible with Trac xx.yy" or similiar message, nor when running/looking plugins in webadmin it doesn't show "incompatible" flags anywhere. Many plugin oriented systems does have some kind of compatiblity checking mechanism that allows programmer to mark that this is compatible with xx.yy" and if it's not compatible it just disables plugin in question. Previously this wasn't big issue because plugins usually did worked, specially from 0.9.x to 0.10.x, but 0.11 gives totally different things and issues.
