-------------------------- I don't think so, but a technique used in general for task tracking is to assign a "point person" who represents the team in updating the ticket. It could be a good practice, because if you ask "will somebody please update ticket 25," likely nothing will happen but if you ask "Rupert, will you update the ticket," then something will happen.
