Is there a switch/config/.css or something that we can use to prevent the
annoying scrollbars from happening on {{{ }}} blocks.
This happens in tickets and wiki pages and I'm sure others. And honestly, I
don't remember them being so prevalent in IE6, but in IE7, they seem to be
more so. They're not so bad in FF either.
