Hi! We had a customized ticket view with our old Trac installation, and now that we switched to 0.11, I can't figure out how to make it work again. I noticed the new way these customizations are handled, and I was able to restore our customized header in site.html, so that works. I'm also able to insert stuff before or after the body, but the "Example snippet of adding introduction text to the new ticket form (hide when preview):" doesn't work. Maybe I'm placing it at the wrong place or something, I'd be very glad if someone could post me a complete and working site.html.
