Hello, Some of my users complained about having to type owner names so I tried setting restrict_owner=true. We got the nice dropdown but with some users missing.
http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracTickets#Assign-toasDrop-DownList lists some conditions, so I checked them. Each of the users in question has logged in, we've set their email in their Preferences, and they have TICKET_MODIFY permission. Some had previously submitted and updated tickets, and even been assigned tickets. Interestingly, one name shows up who has never logged in although we had previously assigned tickets to him. We haven't put our Trac on the web yet and he's an off-site contractor. We have of course reverted the setting for now but would still like to use it. Did I miss anything or should I write it up as a bug?
