This one is a little hard to search for so I apologize if it's been over discussed.
Is there any way to default a ticket to no priority, i.e. unprioritized? If not, I'm curious why not? Most other fields can be left blank. I don't mind users picking a priority if they want to, but doesn't seem they should have to. I know I can add a "none" or "unprioritized" priority and default to that. It just feels a bit clunky.
