Hi everyone,

Currently we are using trac for our development process as well as
managing enhancements and bugs from customers.
These are 2 different environments.
For the customer environment (0.10.4) we have installed the plugin
'TracPrivateTickets 1.1.1' to let customers only see/maintain their
tickets registerd by themselves.
However I have one issue.
Via the menu-item 'tags' users can still see tickets from collegues
(same customer) but also the tickets (headers) from other customers...

I tried the following:
- disable permission for anonymous and customer groups, but the menu
'tags' doesn't seem to be a permission
- uninstalling the plugin (TracTags 0.4.1) is not possible via the
webadmin (admin menu item in trac)
- i tried disabling all components (TagEngine, TagMacros, TicketTags,
TagsModule, TagsWikiModule, WikiTags) within the plugin. but this
didn't help

Is there a way to disable this?
