I'm using Trac 0.10 on Windows 2003 Server. Is there any way how to configure Trac to send emails only in following cases?
1. On ticket creation (to reporter and to owner). 2. On ticket update (to updater, NOT to reporter). 3. On ticket closing (to reporter and to owner).
