[I know this is a Trac-core group, but I figured since many people use
this plugin and the author is a Trac dev, it makes more sense to
discuss it before creating a new ticket]
When ticket X is blocked by Y, and ticket Y is closed - doesn't it
make sense that a ticket event and a notification email will be
generated on ticket X?
Something like:

In blocking ticket Y:
* status changed from assigned to closed
* resolution set to fixed
===
Does Trac allow plugins to generate ticket events?
