I'm using an .htpasswd file for authentication for both Trac and Subversion. Currently I use first names for usernames, which was a bad idea. I want to change this to either use an email address as a username or a surname instead. What needs to be changed for Trac & Subversion to maintain data integrity? I found this link:
That script looks like a good start. The other question is if you want to rewriet svn history; I would consider doing dump/load with a script in the middle to change usernames.
