Thought of a better way... I edited the page, copied the contents and  
cancelled any changes. Then I clicked the "Delete Page" button (I'm a  
WIKI_ADMIN) to remove the page from the database completely. Then I  
recreated the page from what I had in the clipboard. Viola! Done.
