You didn't upgraded the repositories?
I thought when upgrading from svn 1.4 to 1.5 you should do this.
It can be done by dumping the old one and loading the dumpfile to an
new empty 1.5 repositories.
Config files and hook scripts must be copied manually and you should
set the UUID to the old value.
