When folks download a zip archive from the TracBrowser and unzip it,
all the file permissions are set such that the user is unable to use
without modifying the permissions.

This sounds more like an svn issue an file meta data than Trac and
saving the files permissions. Also a lot written about how there is
not really any work around, at least with core svn.

However, the zip archive seems to be generated by Trac. Is there any
way to get different file permissions on the contents of the zip
archive file?
