Thanks for the pointer, that's exactly what I needed!
I took the code from that plugin below, removed most of it and made minor
changes, and now I have "Naked HTML" format for all wiki pages.

It's currently a simple (66 lines) one-file plugin. If anyone wants it, I'll
be happy to share here.
